These two functional units are separated by transparent glass partitions. The aluminum supports of the glass partitions are accentuated in dark gray in color. The central “corridor” leads to the secretary of the company, which is like an island. The central part of the workspace (open space) contains 12 workplaces for employees (architects).

The entire static part of the space is painted white (walls and ceilings), to obtain the greatest possible brightness, while the furniture of the space is in darker, warm colors. The desks and drawers are made of dark composite material (Fundermax panels) with a wood texture. The floor is darker, navy blue, to contrast with the predominantly light colors. The director’s and deputy director’s offices, as well as the meeting rooms, also contain brick wall coverings (brick slips), in the same style and color as on the building’s facade. The office is oriented on three sides and has the possibility of exiting to 3 terraces. The area of the entire space is 330 m2.
