PROJECT STORY

The building is designed as a mixed-use business-residential. Phased construction is foreseen: Phase 1 includes the residential part, and Phase 2 includes the business part.

The residential part of the building is composed of four lamellas, with a total number of over 200 apartments. The apartments have different structures and surfaces.

Shops are designed on the ground floor of the residential part of the building. Office space is designed according to the shell-and-core principle. The garage is designed below the entire building, with separate entrances for the business and residential parts.
